This is a pair of LEGO Superheroes Brickheadz. There is Iron Man MK5 and Iron Spider-Man. The Iron Man Brickheadz, number 40669, is, I think, new as it still has the seals on the box. The tape does not look like it has been moved, and I have taken pictures so you can decide yourself!
