The LEGO Icons: Boutique Hotel (10297) set is complete with box, instructions and minifigures. It is a little dusty as been on display, but is excellent condition. There are slight marks on the box due to storage - see photos. Perfect for lego modular building fans. Will be posted dismantled in zip lock bags.
