I have checked the set against the parts list in the instruction book, so believe it to be complete. The set will ship deconstructed, with all pieces, figures and instructions. The pieces have no cracks, and the figures are in good condition. The set comes with the newer-style life jackets as pictured, rather than the old-style ones shown in the instructions.
