Great condition. Sorted into bags 1-6 as per instructions for your convenience. Sign is a bit crumpled and there was a couple pieces on the inside when I was deconstructing it that I think are missing, but not anything that affects the function/integrity/look once built. No instructions. Will be packaged well for delivery!
