100% completed set with all figs including rare overlord minifig in very good condition and instructions. Every piece of the set has been hand cleaned and packaged by colour. The instructions are a bit worn and the front page of the first is missing but all the actual instructions are there. Overall the set is in very good condition and ready to be built/displayed.
